i got this betsey johnson as a hand-me-down from a friend of mine. anyway, what kind of shoes do i wear with this if i don't want to look, like, 5 years old? or should i just give it up?

for winter season, buy one of those long cardis in a neutral colour, i would suggest grey. A pair of patterned tights and some shoe boots or ankle boots if heels are not your thing. Finsh it off with a scarf and a long necklace. Its a real cute dress btw! love it.
