purpose & description
This is the outfit that I am planning on wearing for my graduation party. I wanted to go with something glam, but still functional. The colors for my party are black and pink. So to slightly coordinate with that I choose some black jessica simpson heels and a pink waist belt. I have gold accessories to match the gold in the belt. Tell me what ya'll think. : )

skinny black jeans would look much better as a flattering contrast with the volume of the top and would also match the shoes to make the black look less random!

I Love the belt :] And i agree with the necklace taking attention from the belt.

yeah, i agree the necklace is probably too much. Maybe try a shorter thinner chain with a smaller pendant. And the jeans seem a little too casual to me. What about a pair of grey pinstripe trousers?

It's hard to really see since it's lying on the bed, but I do love the belt. The necklace might be too much, though. I would suggest opting for some drop gold ones instead.

I almost feel like the necklace would take away from the belt since it hangs so low. A simple gold necklace would suffice, since the belt and the earrings have great detail. A pink clutch in the same shade would give this some glamour, too!

A really cute, classic look. The belt and jewelry give you just the right amount of festive bling. I like the shoes too, but I could never get over the stigma of purchasing a pair of Jessica Simpson shoes to actually bring myself to buy a pair, even though I think they're all really cute, and nobody would know what brand they were except for me. And she herself probably has very little to do with the design concept anyway. It's just that I can't stand her.

If you're going to do black shoes at least go for a really dark wash jean. I'd pair some really strappy pink heels. If you're really set on black and those jeans, you have to add in something else black or like blaura said, it just looks random (and kinda predictable as well).
