I absolutely adore the old Hollywood style from the character, Blaire, in Gossip Girls. I found this dress at a Banana outlet for $30! It is form fitting yet classy by only baring the skin of your shoulders through lace. There is also a lacey print on the body of the dress. It needs a classy t-strap pump to give an old-school sexy appeal. I'm going to ditch pearls and add an ivory pendant to match the ribbon on the dress. Potential holiday party outfit?
