purpose & description
I'm not a fan of dressing up and I'm actually pretty conservative in the way I dress. But one year, I decided to get over it and have fun. It was a last minute decision so my friend pulled out her Hooters Girl uniform, did up the eye makeup and let my hair down. Halloween's not an exuse to be slutty but to dress a way you normally wouldn't during the year!
